I have ringworm (technically, I suppose it can be called jock itch because it’s on the crease between my thigh and genitals). I think I got it from trying on pants while shopping, because I can’t imagine how else I could have gotten it.
It doesn’t matter. Anyway, I’ve been treating it for almost a week with Lamisil, but it doesn’t appear to be getting any better. It’s still really raised, and itches like crazy! I’m almost done with the week treatment as the instructions say, but I feel like maybe I should keep it up for another week? How long before it starts to go away?!

My son had ringworm and I’m sorry to say it took along time to heal. We also used over the counter, jock itch cream.
It just takes time. Keep it clean and stop scratching it. We took the treatment for about 4 weeks until it was healed.
